Great atmosphere and friendly staff. We had breakfast sandwiches and coffee, both of which were fantastic. We will definitely come back next time in Omaha!

CASHIER STEALS.....TAKES YOUR CHANGE FOR TIPS!!!!
Scooters to me is a taste of home so I always stop here when I'm in town and pick up my favorite drink. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered my drink. When I got to the window I was given my total and I handed the cashier my money. She received another order on her headset while finishing my transaction which is fine. She told me my drink would be ready in a minute and closed the window. I never received my change. I waited thinking I'd receive it when I got my drink. She handed me my drink, quickly told me to have a good day, and walked away from the window with a cunning look on her face. If this is the staff you're hiring I will never come back to this location and I will spread it to all my friends and family in Bellevue and surrounding area. I'm not mad about losing out on a little change, I'm upset on how it went down. Little did she know that I tip at least $2 a drink and give it when handed my drink so she shortchanged not only herself but the other employees because she went ahead and took my change as a tip.
Enjoy the $0.20!!!!! -

Some Scooters are hit or miss with their consistency and quality but this location serves a pretty consistent product. If you are a fan of their coffee this location is a solid one, clean, conveniently located, and courteous service.

In town for business 08/07/18 and stopped by this Scooter's Coffee shop for a cold brew around 6:45am. Let me say walking into an actual graveyard would've been a more pleasant, welcoming, and cheerful experience. Three ladies behind the counter, all with death stares, not even a smile, no return hellos, and it took me standing there about a good few minutes before one of them decided to "start working" and get my order. Even saying goodbye in a friendly manner did not manage to crack the zombie stares from them. Customer service is something that is very basic and elementary. If you cannot treat customers right then why even work in the job? This place is in definite need of a good sorting by management.

Worst management ever. They treat their employees with disrespect. Don't support this company.
